Figuring out how to connect with a new community can be scary. We want to help! Here are some practical next steps to connecting beyond our Sunday morning services:
1. Meet our co-pastors.
Use the "Contact Us" tab on this website to let one of our Pastors know you'd like to meet with one of them and learn more about Life on the Vine. They'd love to meet with you and hear your story!
2. Come to a community meal during the summer.
Starting in June and going through Labor Day weekend, we gather for outdoor community meals on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. We light up the giant grill we have outside, and everyone is invited to bring a main dish to grill for themselves, and a side dish, dessert, or beverage to share! If you're visiting with us, don't worry if you haven't brought food - join us anyway! There is always plenty to go around.
3. Join our church email list and follow our Facebook and Instagram pages.

4. Look into joining a House Church.
House churches are medium-sized groups, organized by geography so that we can gather with those who live closest to us. In these groups, we welcome God's presence into our homes and neighborhoods, looking for signs of God's redemptive work in ourselves, one another, and our communities. Contact a Pastor if you'd like to learn about a house church near you.
5. Attend a class at 9:00am before our worship service at 10:15am.
At various times throughout the year, we offer 9am classes before our service. Some of our classes enable us to dive into Scripture together. Other types of classes focus on contemplative prayer practices and spiritual rhythms such as:
- Prayer of Examen
- Lectio Divina
- Visio Divina
- Immanuel Journaling
- Discernment
- Centering Prayer
- Breath Prayer
- Rule of Life
