After the sermon each person is welcome to say a short
prayer for our church, neighbors, or world, ending with "Lord,
in your mercy." The rest of us express agreement by saying,
"Amen."

At any time during the liturgy, worshipers may use
the prayer bench in the back of the sanctuary. Prayer ministers
are available, if desired. Beneath the bench is a prayer book in
which you may write your needs. The pastors pray over that book
every Saturday morning.

Every Saturday at 7 a.m. you are invited to join us
in prayer for our church, nation, and world.

The last week of August we gather every night for
devoted prayer, putting our plans for the new church year in the
Lord's care. |

Although God calls us into periods of suffering, his ultimate desire
is to heal and restore his people. Instead of dismissing every ailment
as God's will, we want to submit our bodies to Christ and his work
of healing.
So every few months we hold a healing service for those struggling
with a major illness. Prior to the service they meet with other
Christians to determine whether they have unconfessed
sin and whether they have faith
in God for healing. Then we anoint them with oil,
lay our hands on them, and submit their bodies and souls for healing
and redemption.
Need healing?
