Our children’s education in the Scriptures is a three-year
cycle through the whole story of God. Teaching them Bible
stories, crafts, and Christian doctrine through the Apostle’s
Creed and Lord’s Prayer, we prepare our children for
baptism at age nine.
We want our children to feel loved, energized, and included
in our church family.

Youth Discipleship is a community of youth and adults imitating
Jesus and being the Church. The goal is not to keep our youth
merely safe, nice, and happy, but to be alive in Christ--to
walk with Christ, to listen to Christ, and to look for and
share Christ in the world around us.

For new believers there is a weekly class called
Journey into Christ. The class lives up to its name by starting
at Christmas and ending on Easter Sunday, when the believer
publicly professes faith and is baptized.

All Christians need help along the journey.
They need someone to hear their sins and remind them of forgiveness
in Christ. They need a place to work
out their salvation. A "triad" is group
of three men or three women committed to meeting (bi)weekly
in order to confess
sin, define repentance, speak truth
in love, and pray for strength. Naturally it takes
a while to establish trust, but since each person commits
to confidentiality, the group usually becomes close-knit.
